The town of Hydra, an
exemplar of architectonics and aesthetics, is built
amphitheatrically, around the port. Simple houses or
country seats, differentiate from a quaint architecture
that is not met in other Greek regions.
At the entrance of the port, there are the parapets
with the canons, which protected the city.
The lacy beaches along with the grey of the rocks and
the blue of the sea, give Hydra a "wild" beauty
and make her an ideal place for inspiration and creation!
